Dennis started in the construction/remodeling business over twenty-nine years ago with his father. Upon his father's retirement, in 1989, Dennis decided to enter the field of new construction. He believes in being an on-site builder, therefore he personally visits and oversees all homes under construction. Since 1989 Mitch Homes has built over one hundred and seventy-five homes in West Chester and Liberty Township area in a price range of $200,000 to $600,000.
Mitch Homes is currently building in fine subdivisions such as Liberty Farms, Northridge Village, Hampton Village, and Providence Ridge with market homes priced from $209,500 to $479,900. We have beautiful wooded lots available in all subdivisions!
Mitch Homes strives in using all top grade quality materials and quality minded employees and sub-contractors. We have an architect, which will modify a plan of yours or help you design the home of your dreams. We are a member of the Cincinnati Home Builders Association.
